THAT!! I absolutely agree with all of the above. DH will occasionally ask me why I do what I do. WHY? Because I love it - even the hard parts. And if I didn't I'd be a giant couch potato, lol.

We're both January babies too! I'll hit 70 later this month. Time sure flies!

Does NO ONE listen to me? You have to start counting backwards when you reach some of the landmark ages! When you have counted backwards for 10 years you can count forwards again. By the time you reach 70 you no longer remember how old you are and can safely claim a younger Prime age!

I'm 70. Use it or lose it. A little sore from cutting firewood with my battery chainsaw yesterday, but it's good to do something that makes me sore. The firewood is not for me, it's for neighbors.
Doing the prep work for this ice storm about to hit, it just adds loads of work to daily chores. That is also good for me, use it or lose it.
