Animals aren't human and are different most of the time they know what they are doing. Give them the choice if the don't want to then that's their choice. It will almost always surprise you on what they do and put up with.

So the barn is 20x48 I can have 4 10x12 pens if I like and the far end would be a 12x20 pen last year I did 1 2x24 and 2 12x10 pens they all can share the same trough. Barn cost 800 to build used 100+ tpoles

Nope haven't moved yet. We have sold all our animals besides our great Airedale and the last steer. We will be working with retired missionaries by doing maintenance for them on three house we have to raise our own support from churches and have just started that process
