Welp that didn't work, thought hey let me stake out where the house will go. Two hours later after fighting going around trees, Juniper's and other various plants and bushes not seeing the pins and poor measurements there isn't a tree or bush sticking up, roots and all. About 20 trees gone...

High of 100°F supposed to go hiking, but someone flaked out as I suspected. Now I'm trying to figure out what to do with the day, trying hard to not work.

Went from the 100's to only 80°F for high then tomorrow back up to 100 then back down to the 60's. It's a roller coaster ride on the weather.

Up to 30 piglets now and still two more to drop piglets. Average 12 a sow, three got eaten, two got stepped on. Not easy having a wildfire rip through in the middle of pigs dropping piglets. Still have hot spots on the fire and temperatures will be hitting 103 by mid week, stay salty as this...

Been fighting the past 18 hrs wildfires that are hitting here with few thousand feet of my house. Firebreaks before mine that me another dozer and county dozer have been making. I’m actually saving the community literally now. Most run from fires and shootings, I run to them.
