The open class pig show was on Thursday. Sparkles was in the 8th class and there were 8 other pigs in the class with her she placed 9th out of 9 pigs but she walked really good so I don't really care about her place. The overall breeding pig champion was the 4,200 dollar pig. The champion came from the same breeder as Sparkles.

On Thursday I also had the 4-H goat show. Elvis took last in his class and he was being so stubborn I had to drag him by the collar and someone was pushing him from behind then as soon as he had to stop to set up all he wanted to do was wiggle around. In showmanship Elvis was in front of my little sisters goat and he was being stubborn again and someone was pushing him then they told my sister to go in front of me so Elvis would follow him. So Elvis walked good following my sisters goat but he still tried to wiggle away during showmanship.

yesterday all the breeding goats are before the meat goats so I went to the goat barn as soon as I was done with showing Puddles and I was just watching people fit their goats next to us and there was this kid he was probably about the same age as me he sat in a chair on his phone while there were 4 men doing his goat for him. It is like that everywhere in the goat barn and in the pig barn because now you want your pig to have hair so there are adults clipping and blowing the pig dry after a bath with a cattle blower and they even have a roto brush for a pig that is what you use on fluffy cows and the adults are doing everything while the kids watch

They're not helping their kids, they're hurting them.
