The 10 ducklings are growing up!

We have had at least 3 ducklings hatch under other moms, but the other moms haven't figured out how to properly parent? And the ducklings died. One had food in the crop, the other 2 did not.
But the dead ducklings at least are NOT being eaten or hurt by the moms, just maybe the other moms are failing at feeding, watering, and warming them?
We are trying to watch more closely so if another hatches we can help more.

Our first snow this morning... luckily, it was just a dusting, it is being obedient and trying its best to melt away.
Kid #3 has HALF of his rafters up!
I am hoping to beat all children into working overtime for kid #3, and have at least the sheathing on the roof up by Sunday evening. I would prefer full roof... BUT PEOPLE HAVE JOBS!!!
