Yesterday Pepper got up on a chair at the table and ate the gingerbread houses. The girls were very upset with her, I busted out laughing. “It’s not funny!”

I anticipate that the girls will look back on this visit with fondness, even eventually laughing at what Pepper did.

One Easter Sunday in San Antonio, our beagle ate all the candy out of our Easter baskets while we were at church. I'll never forget Mother saying that this is one more strike against this dog. (she eventually gave him away)
