Well I have a new doctor now or at least I will have. Appointment is March 31. But at least it will get my foot in the door, he’s a DO and takes a holistic approach. I also put in a call to the PA I normally see on those rare occasions that I’m sick. Not taking the hydrocodone, just the muscle relaxers. Eh.

I need feed, son has taken a signed check, my truck and Carson. Carson is well known at the feed store and will be son’s validation and identification for an unknown person walking in with a signed check. 😂😂😂 I almost had to go load Carson myself, he didn’t want to leave me. But the lure of the truck proved strong enough that he jumped in.

I hope you like your new Dr. I really think a DO is the way to go.

How is your pain today without the pain medication. I'm sure your stomach is thanking you. I hope your back is getting better.

Love that they know who Carson is. 💗

It's better today. My hip and thigh feel numb, I saw the PA this afternoon and he set me up for a X-ray tomorrow, just to check it out. He said sometimes it happens. most of the time it goes away after a few weeks. It feels weird. I have to take it easy, but can get back into doing my chores, just no heavy lifting. Hahaha, that is just about everything.

Carson's favorite lady at the feed store had the day off, he was crushed. He looked all over the store for her.

Pressure on the nerve can do that. Do you use a chiropractor?
 
The PA wouldn’t give me anything for pain, so the agony continued. I’ve been miserable. BUT the preacher at church is also a PA and I contacted him for help. I explained everything and that I couldn’t take the hydrocodone and needed something not as strong. So he sent a prescription for tramadol and a strong NSAID to the drugstore, son picked it up. Wow. Huge difference and improvement. Pain is not as bad and I can deal with it now.

Don’t worry, I’m not going to run outside and be Super Woman! I want to heal up, not make it worse. I promise to behave myself. 🤪
