My 4 week old baby bites. Hard! How can I correct this problem.

Firmly push the baby away on the shoulder hard every time he bites and turn away from him. Absolutely ignore him no matter how hard he tries for your attention. He will quickly learn to associate the behavior with rejection and the biting will stop.

You can also make a quick blow at his nose, which will cause him to stop.

I have this problem with all of my bottle kids (as I'm sure many do) - I usually flick them right on their nose, and completely ignore them until the behavior is completely gone. If all else fails, get a spray bottle and spray him in the face every time he bites.

personally i don't think my bottle kids ever bit me unless i had a bottle. the biting was usually just from them doing that jab movement (like how they bump momma's udder) at my hand and i get a handful of teeth.

there is a petting farm in a town near me and the guy had this pony that would bite him. he'd be standing their andjerk from the pony biting him, then he'd just turn mid-sentence and bite the pony back, then keep on going with his talking. i was shocked. he said he'd tried everything under the sun and this was his last straw. he said he brushed his teeth alot ;D
