It is scary...but, you'll get through

I go into this mode each winter when my jobs slack to basically nothing. You second guess yourself. But it's been several years & I'm still paying my bills, eating well, feeding animals.

Take a deep breath, clear your mind, look at your resources, even your cr cards...then look for a job.

I always hated change so stayed in the same job for small annual raises while new employees came in at much higher salaries. Got fired twice and immediately got hired elsewhere for 25% higher paycheck.
Yoi can do this.

A bit unsettling, but you will find a job. In the meantime, file for unemployment. Do it now. I think you can even file online. It used to take 6 weeks before you got your first check, now it’s almost immediate.

Even if you quit, claim toxic workplace. It’s a whole lot easier to receive benefits than it used to be.

Thinking about you. Hope you are ok. Are you at least 62? Early social security is an option -- your own or late husbands. Job search going ok? Hey, I work a part time and do well. Part time only means the company doesn't have to provide benefits
