Glad you & family got together 🥰

So let us know what happens at work. Constant radio would annoy me! Even in the stores, some have annoying songs but none are talk/news stations. I'd be unplugging that and tell her to wear her earphones for her sound pleasure 🤣

Yeah, it's hard to plan life with not having a work plan or schedule. My work changes -- mainly the size/number of jobs -- but I can at least do my own schedule! That's a must have for me.

Hope they have a "plan" that works for you.

I finished off the T.G. turkey & dressing leftovers today. Just better & better 😋.
BUT... I had a 'backup' turkey breast thawed and about half a pan of dressing mixed up that didn't fit in the pan that I cooked for the day.
..... soooooo 🤣😂🤣😂 now I've got a whole new turkey breast AND a pan of cornbread dressing!!!
Plus I kinda lost my mind & made a pot of amazing soup from the sucotash & smoked ham leftovers (+ salsa from this summer)

Aaaannnd when I went to the store to get the French bread they had packs of thin cut pork chops marked down to almost nothing (6-8 per pack for $3-$4 !) And as long as I was kitchen-wench insane.... I cooked them too!!!!
I have soooo much food in the fridge right now. 🥰
I haven't tried to can cooked turkey before.... I suppose it will be ok?
Maybe swing by the dollar store for some vac-seal bags tomorrow?

Vac seal it & freeze. An already cooked turkey to can, it'll be mush. Yeah 90 min under pressure. 😖

But...those leftovers in pic look delish! 👍
Yeah, that's what I was thinking. 🫤
Thanks! It IS delish!
Might make up freezer breakfast sandwiches of the thin chops. And vac turkey/dressing plates for the freezer.

In the past I've made myself ready-to-microwave dinners from leftovers, put them in the freezer.

Cooked meat should be eaten or frozen within three days. I guess I need to freeze mine tonight...
