I buy butter. I buy cream for my coffee instead of all the chemical flavored whatever the hell is in that stuff, coffee creamer. Of course, the store bought cream has been ultra pasteurized until it is dead, so the actual food value is negotiable. Probably scores a zero……

I buy unsalted butter, leave a stick or two out on the kitchen table, in a covered glass dish. I've only had it turn rancid once, one time in years. And it's always soft, spreadable.

Oh, I buy butter too....make some but more cheeses.
I never thought about it but, goat butter (very $$) is often used by those with cow milk issues, just like drinking goat milk. Makes sense, just wasn't on my radar 🙂

Many "food issues" with commercial foods, esp veg, are brought on by GMO factors -- as well as wheat problems. Of course, all the non speakable crap that's added.

Raw milk has properties that self preserve, good bacteria & enzymes by nature. These are killed in pasteurization and add ins. Well I'm a believer, anyway. 👍 mine stays very drinkable 2-3 wks in a cold frig. Not store bought...🤫

I guess I'll do an update. I found an outfit that has work near my house, within 3 hrs. I decided to use the camper since it was close enough for the OL' 96 to pull. I worked on the lights until 10:30 p.m. and never had running lights, so I had to leave after daylight on the day I was supposed to start. Dec 1. I was finally working long enough to start ordering parts to make the truck run better and smoother. Shocks will be put in tomorrow, tuner chip put in the other day.
I got the trailer home last fri. I took the boys with me to get the camper, we left kinda late, had to buy batteries as soon as we got down there. I was leaving it plugged into the charger all night to get it to start. Picked my tool box up from work, hooked up the trailer and got it ready to leave but not in time to get home before dark so me and the boys stayed the night.
We got our blizzard and record colds with nearly a 50 degree drop in temp in 48 hrs that weekend so I didn't do squat. Today will be the same. Could've should've either went to the shop and welded or started much earlier here Mon. Finally got the welder started, went to town, came home to the welder off, oil sprayed all over the truck and a large amount of water in the oil pan. I should've turned right around and went back to town to get oil but had a few beers while figuring it all out and trying to get it started again and with today's po po even a few is to many to go back to town.
Finally got more oil and put in the starter which has been here since last spring but I wasn't needing the welder. If you haven't noticed a pattern, I make a good hand and earn my keep "at work" BUT when it comes to doing something just to help myself I'm the laziest person you'll ever meet.
After not tig welding for years I needed some practice before taking a test Wednesday, that could've been on Mon if I was ready. The stainless test was awful but I was able to clean it up. Some people would've looked it out on the root but I cleaned it up and it passed the bend test.
Before practicing I left the camper cord hooked to the truck so the battery would stay charged with running a cord out to it. Go ahead, guess

Yep I yanked the cord out again. I still can't find the running light wire that should go to the plug. Before leaving in Dec I tied into a wire going to the taillights. I found out it wasn't connected properly. Now the running lights and both tail lights come off the truck tail lights instead of the wiring harness that originally went to the plug. The previous owner has done some reworking on the wires and it's a mess. Minus the breaks (yes very important but legally mandatory kinda) everything works now.
