I buy unsalted butter, leave a stick or two out on the kitchen table, in a covered glass dish. I've only had it turn rancid once, one time in years. And it's always soft, spreadable.I buy butter. I buy cream for my coffee instead of all the chemical flavored whatever the hell is in that stuff, coffee creamer. Of course, the store bought cream has been ultra pasteurized until it is dead, so the actual food value is negotiable. Probably scores a zero……
