Sun broke the clouds about 11....hung out beautifully until 3ish. Clouded over. Now, back to raining, again. While cleared, I did things.

Made a trip to store...replaced some burnt out bulbs in car. Disassembled passenger door so in I could replace regulator on power window...on order... Half of door is in the trunk. Man, what we sometimes attempt

ETA...rain tomorrow I'll go to work!

Went to town this morning. I named my little Hyundai Roadrunner because the horn sounds like MEEP MEEP like on the Roadrunner cartoons.
A truck was on the road shoulder with flashers on, I slowed down. Man was pulling a dead run over alligator out of the road, about a five footer. Whew! I sure was glad of that! Hitting an alligator would wipe out Roadrunner! Hahaha!

Sunshine with my coffee this morning. Rains predicted are moving in to north, dropping south as they move primarily east. So pretty much nothing until night and light then. Good - we're already 3.5" over norm for July and about 7" for the yr. Hot 90s and dry, rest of week. Triple digit feel likes. Almost TX??

Work jumps back into my life this week and next. It's gonna be tough mentally. Lazy schedules will have to stop....shame, I've been enjoying them.

Chores are waiting. Better get at 'em.

Sheep grazed a bit - had Zo with but Obi did the work and the 'clean up' when Zo did a pounce move. Silly boy. Stalls cleaned, showered and now sitting here sipping iced coffee with vanilla syrup and obligatory vanilla wafers & checking out what ya'll are up to. Up next here harvest more tomatoes and make a few batches of tomato soup to freeze.

Coffee is ready. Chase is coming this morning to trim Lucy’s feet. We’ll get her and Eve ready to go home with him in a few weeks.
