I think I forgot to mention I didn't get home till 2100 hrs last night and going back in today. Guess I might get next weekend off?

I think that is wishful thinking... you will be repairing all their stuff from any snow and other "related activities"....

No eggs still and all is quiet before the storm. This week coming up all hell is going to break loose as I am moving the chess pieces in place (machinery/cameras) so when I start on the road it will be ready to say check mate (my favorite game).
I got the court order first since it was emailed to me and they haven't since it hasn't came in the mail as I will get a copy too so when they get theirs that's when it will come loose and when I start dumping.

They said I must notify them of when I plan on starting work, stopping work and the scope of the work. They didn't say how long I had to get the work done, how to notify them, the language the notice must be in, or the size of the text.

Hilarious but may piss of the judge. How about 8 point font and pure legalese? I'm sure you could increase the unreadability of this example while sticking to English.
Per the order given, the defendant gives plaintiff proper notification of work in the easement which will commence immediately and continue for no more than 365 days without additional notice. Work consists of "insert technical gobbly gook here."

First if there was more than 3 numbers in calling the sheriff on me the sheriff would never been called. They've had plenty of time to take me to court over ANYTHING or even have the ability to serve a cease and desist to me (free to do), then they might have a way to get me in court.
Not free to get me to court either, that's $150 they don't have.
