Coffee is ready! I do a lot of those voices in my head wake up calls. Lay awake for hours. It probably helps that I have 3 giant barking dogs.

Writing down a list of "things" that suddenly come to mind as you think bedtime -- to do, didn't do, must do -- that's helped me to relax a good amount of voices. Well, a good many of them anyway.
It was a lovely 34 out at get up, even with the sunshine. Light frost on fields. Ice on car windshield. Not thick but required defrost. Glad I have the little electric strips in back one. Had early appointment to get to. Brrrr.

Teacher tired... my brain decided I could turn off my alarms and sleep an extra hour, and only run one mile.
Snow is in the forecast today, but it's a little too warm for it to stick.

This morning I went to the dentist, but after the stitches were removed the dentist said I wasn't healed enough, come back in two weeks. Bummer, I thought I'd get my permanent bridge/crown today.

Found caraway seeds at The Fresh Market, woo! Now I can add seeds to my next batch of bread.
Leaves are mowed again, distributed in the raised bed gardens, around the irises, and the remainder went in the coops.

Warmed nicely to 70...far cry from start temps! Light breeze. Inside for a while, outsiders fed, watered, etc....they can hang loose for a while. Felt a little sore & hurting after moving hay & bags of feed...letting ibu& acet take effect. 
I have a pot of apples cooking down to can. Inside excuse.
