Good afternoon everyone! 
Made a few phone calls. Really trying to keep everything squared away with the trust, bills here and bills at home (our new home). Apparently the PO can't manage to get our mortgage payment delivered in a timely manner. Thought I was going to be late on the power bill for our new home. Nope. Forgot it's next month the bills actually start. Whew. PO at home still hasn't managed for forward our mail and is still randomly delivering our mail to our mailbox. Thankfully previous owners are still in town and are checking the mail when they check on the property for us. They are getting both their mail and ours. Both have been put on hold/forwarded yet are still being delivered.
DH drove his truck last night and all went pretty well. I'm thinking he'll be starting plans to leave on his trip home. I hesitate to say at the moment but it's starting to feel like things are going to really start moving along as far as moving now. Looks like both dairy cows are good with their calves now and I don't have to milk daily. Still early but that's how it's looking. Next dairy cow to calve isn't due until the end of march. Thought it was beginning so I'm happy for the extra time. Should be able to make a trip or two before she calves. Also decided to force myself to schedule our taxes to be done on time. Made the apt for the end of March. Right when the dairy cow is due so that way I know I'll be here and have time to get our stuff input into the system. I haven't touched input since the beginning of last year due to the hospice care, trust then house purchase. I'm very far behind. Did get everything printed out and filed so I just have to put them in the system then I'll be ready to go. I was originally thinking I would push it until we moved but I would really like it off the list and not hanging over my head. Maybe I can get it all done while DH is on his trip and be done early. According to our tax office our state still hasn't even gotten their stuff uploaded (AGAIN) so nothing can actually be filed yet anyways for state.
It's a beautiful sunny day today. I kicked the heifer out to her larger pasture a bit ago so I can milk tonight for milk and cream for the weekend. The cow is still in withdrawal so I'll milk her tomorrow.
Guess I'd better get another cup of coffee and get a few things put into the system before DH wakes up. I'm praying he can sleep though the noise across the street. Really not looking forward to what's coming over there.

When my daughter was young, we played the Barbie game. We named Barbie's that Mattel never thought of. She had a bunkbed and was on the top bunk, asked for her Barbie. I held Barbid on the top rail then let her crash to the floor while yelling SUICIDE BARBIE!! We busted out laughing and I had to do it again and again. We made it a car game.

It's official y'all! DH has his trip planned and his return flight booked. The move is back in play!!! Now to get all the things he needs ordered and packed. I forced him to get a plan together. 
He now has the time scheduled off work. Our realtor is going to pick him up and take him to the airport for his flight home. We're going to pay him he just doesn't know it yet. Feeling slightly hopeful again.

We can all share... you, @Baymule & all of the others that raise sheep, will have your sheep keeping Barbie & @RR Homestead will have her calf, @farmerjan should get one of those too. I've also seen Barbie chickens for @fuzzi, I haven't found a goat barbie yet, for @Mini Horses and the others that keep those, I'm sure we can figure something out... heck might even be able to find a hog raising Ken doll for @Weldman...

See and this post right here is why I've fallen in love with everyone here! Y'all are really the best group of folksWe can all share... you, @Baymule & all of the others that raise sheep, will have your sheep keeping Barbie & @RR Homestead will have her calf, @farmerjan should get one of those too. I've also seen Barbie chickens for @fuzzi, I haven't found a goat barbie yet, for @Mini Horses and the others that keep those, I'm sure we can figure something out... heck might even be able to find a hog raising Ken doll for @Weldman...
Oh and I'll take one of each for sure!
