So much rain! Poured yesterday and again this morning.

We are only supposed to get a half inch. I heard it raining last night, haven’t been outside yet to look at rain gauge. Slowly drinking coffee…….

Ever tried sleeping with 4 ducklings running around next to your bed and 26 more trying to hatch, I don't know which is worse that or a newborn. High of 47, ah that feels good, I'm going to run myself into the dirt getting work done, feels so good.

Chick and the Peeptones sing their break out hit “We’re Up All Night and So Are You” ah the memories. My brooder is on the other end of the house now.
Rainy and cool here 60 degrees but patchy frost a maybe tomorrow night. I hope I don’t lose my peaches again this year. The trees are too big to cover.

Weirdly I don't miss the days of sleeping with baby chicks in my room. Those 2 AM singing moments used to be very enjoyable to wake up to

Snowed hard here last night, still snowing. Really looking forward to going for a run, and then out to the barn in this weather.

Big event today -- 3 new goat kids. Sneaky does!

AND.... Ta dah... Cabbage & cauliflower seeds sprouting . Peppers & tomatoes should be coming on in a few days. . Garden could happen!
