@Weldman he'll come around when the work comes in that he can't do or screws up & needs redo. $39 is cheap. Around here garages charge 90-110 per man hr, more for diesel! Most mechanics get 50%.

Ditto on what @Mini Horses said... here most shops get $75 - $100 hr and mechanic gets 1/3 plus....
He//, one of my dairies is paying $14/hr for a milker.... girl is making over $500/wk.... totally way over what I ever made... and more than I make testing now even with my seniority years.... I figure I might average $20-25/hr but we get paid on cow# over and above a basic farm call..... due to the very different farms and time to milk etc....

Back in the 3am coffee at home club.
It's a normal thing at work. But I've actually managed some good sleep lately in my nights off. I was getting really good at waking up after sunrise. Oh well.
