No cancer is good news. I was spayed at 38. No problems. So go ahead and get the mess gone. It’s not like you’re gonna have babies. 😃😃😃😃😃
I had a helluva time convincing a (any) doctor to treat me in my mid forties. They kept telling me my problems would disappear when I started menopause. Which I did. At age 58. I had 4 hot flashes. Had one at work. My 30 something male boss asked me if I was ok.
“Highly localized global warming, I blame Al Gore.” I said. Someone explained it to him. My lady parts broke all the rules usually in a bad way. I don’t miss those days. At. All.

I heard "It's my personal summer" and proceeded to use the expression.

I had a sign hanging in my office that said
Women no longer have hot flashes
They have power surges.

I was left with one ovary, at least something wasn’t all covered up with tumors. So menopause in early 50’s and it was a short duration.

For some reason, doctors like to put off many types of female surgery— like you are going to keep having babies until you die in childbirth.

Coffee is ready, I have to go get feed this morning.

Having an "I don't want to" morning 😖😵‍💫

Order & pick up feed; do chores; go to work; move a feed bunker....everything on list my mind says, I don't want to go do that  no desire to move from couch.

Hoping this coffee will help. So far, not really happening. Hmmm. Was really heavy fog, now overcast. That sure doesn't lift your mood. Time to go have a mirror talk!! :old gotta make me do.

Not a good night's sleep, kept waking up, feeling like I was about to have leg cramps. Each time I woke up it was a different area, so I put a little DMSO where I felt spasms starting. Then I woke up with a "top of the foot to shin cramp" starting. DMSO'd and it went away.

Seriously, I don't get any royalties! It just works for me.

Ran errands, got chicken feed $3 off at TSC, so I bought three. I put two in gasket totes, third in the feed can, open bag in a 5 gallon bucket.

Now I am measuring and cutting the hardware cloth. One roll done, just taking a break before starting the second.

Yep, nice nursery. One of those about 60 miles away here 🤣. They have 3 or 4 of those plus. Used to go when I lived in VA Beach....rarely now. There is a nursery about 20 miles, one hoop. One here in town, one hoop but primarily small landscape, yard things...almost out of business 😔. Then, Lowe's.

Overcast, winds starting with edge of that massive storm approaching. Not wanting any of it but, can't stop it. Suppose I'll load up hay racks in barn later - for evening rain event. Picking up a load of feed in couple hrs, will get that unloaded....pretty much it for today. It's my "day off" 🥴 did get myself motivated and out to work yesterday -- late start but, got out late morn.

Usual coffee happening now. 👍 Way better mood.

YAHOO! Moved my injured doe from field into shelter. She's one who got hung in fence almost a week ago. Wasn't able to stand but did start moving self around in grass. I've been doing room service and she's eating/drinking well. No signs of injury beyond extreme hyper extension in hips. Weather has been good and her twins are with her. I've seen her get up on front knees, raise hips some and "crawl" a short distance -- further each day, so she's beginning to use her hips. Plus it's best PT I could give 🤷. Can't walk yet. I got her onto a tarp and pulled her about 150' to the pasture shed. Let me tell you, she's 2X my weight but, it's done!!! :old:clap I feel like a plow horse must

Starting to rain now....knowing it was coming was my incentive to pull harder!! Could not leave her out in it. She's in a big dry shed, lots of orchard hay, plenty of water and her kids with her.😊 Sleep well girlie.

Barn hay racks then got filled...evening chores done!

Congratulations on getting her in out of the weather. I’ve had nearly grown sheep and lambs hang themselves up and finish with rear legs not functioning. I had about a 50% rate of success getting them back on their feet. I think nursing kids will help her to to get up. Good luck and keep us posted. They can be tough critters.
