You can slow me down, but you aren't stopping me.
Old song Alabama?

You can't keep a good man down.

At 1 pt in time before??? I had a truck break down then on the way to pick it up 2 months later or more so on the way back from getting a BROKE DOWN truck I had 6-8 flats or plum blow outs. I put 2 of the tires that were on the truck that was trailered on the truck I was driving and I don't know what or how many on the trailer. I stopped on the way at some friends on a state in between. I heard Oh my how can you deal with that. Then before I got out of that state another flat. When I called my friends they really wondered how I could laugh or be in a good mood. I just said the same Alabama line.

Anymore though the sleep apnea and whatever else is wrong makes everyday flat tire or not (had to put another on the car today), money or not a hard day. A good day today is/was a terrible day 10-15 years ago.

Overall a good weekend so far. Only 2 things left to cross off the "weekend" list and one is inside. Of course, the list was in addition to the daily chores & happenings but, I'm pretty happy with myself. Incubator is holding temp perfectly👍 so I'm being a good "broody". Of course, thinking WTH were you thinking as I put hatch date on my calendar. That's when the real work for this starts -- heat lamps, food, water, clean up, stink 🙄. I have all the equipment, it's just the dedicated time involved. More "must do" chores. I'm admiring my little hen & her chicks!!!! She's fantastic -- I can't talk chicken to the eggs/hatchlings. 🤷😕.

Sometime today, cheese might be made. Gives room in frig for more milk....rotation all the time! I'm toying with canning this batch of milk instead. Then I can "test it" in a month or so, to decide to do more or not.🤔 I mean, there's another gal every day for cheese. And doe #2 will be added next week. So even more.

Still using my free night cooling system, even with AC now set up. Save that electric and comfy enough still. Looks like 70s most all week, 60 at night. If humidity stays down, that's good weather. I don't like "cold".

Coffee wake up is over. Time to go milk a goat😊

Good morning. Bay you need a break after this last week. Take it easy and I hope you get your needed rest today. I decided to jump on the stud randomly in the pasture to see what he'd do yesterday. Walking is hard now. Not that bad, just an ankle.

Part of my agreement with mounting birthdays is to no longer ride rough horses, green horses, and idiots. That palomino mare I had, knocked me flat, fractured something in my lower spine, I limped for several weeks. Wake up call. She was in the idiot category, loaded her up and took her to sale.

What you did was stupid, but you’ll get over it. Maybe next time you want to do a fool thing like that, stop and consider what did you just teach the horse. 😃😃😃 You have been broken up enough, you don’t need any more! ❤️

I'm still thinking about the yelling session I got last week, still angering me. So tempted in pulling my tool box out next Friday. Like it's on repeat.
It’s hard not to replay that stuff. Hubbs is in the loan business, working with mostly oil field and construction clients. As you can imagine there are tempers. Time can fix a lot of things. Good luck.

Ah damn, I hate it when things like that go on an endless loop of replay. Only way I've found out of that is work with the animals. When I worked in engineering I rode my horse every night after work - that made a huge difference, probably the only way I survived the idiots. Good luck.
