Looks like a great day forming...sunny, gonna be hot. I was sleeping well, alarm was turned off last night -- but this rooster is on repeat! Stop!

MY first cuppa is more enjoyable in quiet time.

Coffee is ready. I put the 3 dogs outside, Sammy the pug is already standing on back legs peering in the window. Whine whine whine. DD and family will come back Monday or Tuesday. Hope it’s Monday. Counting down the days. Taco and Pepper are no trouble at all, Sammy more than makes up for them. Now he’s at the fence bravely barking at the Anatolians across the driveway.

Yup. He’s like a mosquito buzzing just out of reach.

Pulling 12 hour days at this one clients place, what starts off as one thing ends up branching off to something else. Wanted a driveway put in, found out what my loader can do now I have done a driveway and taken a hillside out to put a firebreak in.
Found out I sell/deliver water, now I'm digging a hole to put a water tank in, picking up a 1500 gallon water tank and filling it. I can imagine this is going to snowball when I bring the excavator out to level a house pad out, dig the water tank hole and see how fast it goes with all the grade lasers and such.

Oh believe me, at this rate you damn right I am. No complaining from here, better than wrenching rates. I haven't turned wrenches since Wednesday and won't till Tuesday next week. If they can me I'm going to laugh and tell them thank you, but I won't be that lucky.
