Coffee anyone ?

It's 4:30 pm here. I just barely made it out of bed for my weekly zoom call.
Having coffee & planning out the rest of the afternoon.
Mowing the chicken pen is HIGH on the list. Cleaning everyone's water is too.
Its 95° (heat index 105°) right now. Might do the mowing first so I can soak my head while cleaning the trough. Need a pict of Eva's pumpkins while I'm in there.

Of course! I'm a tea drinker...mostly hot. Used to be my morning brew & only coffee at the mid afternoon slump at work, in the office. Now I need the hit in the morning but, usually tea about dinnertime.

I have my tea, hot every morning, with heavy cream and honey. Now that we've done our first extraction, I use honey from our bees! I sit out by my bees or with my chicks. They are all very relaxing to spend time with!

@fuzzi that's like my older one...but black. Remove the top 2 empty trays and you get better dry time. As they dry, close the vents more to retain the heat.

Honestly, that one works as well for me as the one with timers. Just that it only turns off when you unplug. The newer has digital time & temp selection, no panels to adjust to get air flow as it has a fan. Plus, bought older at Habitat for $8. That's been about 8 yr now still going strong.

Thanks! I already rotated the bottom tray to the top as per the instructions. Oh, and added a second tray of figs.

I just looked up a "how to tell when your garlic is ready to harvest"



It said something about removing scapes that usually appear in May or early June!

Mine haven't even starting thinking about it!!!
