LOL, today's quality incident report boils down to "Supersacks make great wrecking balls". Ops managed to snap the 1" tube frame of the lifting area cage and break bits of the grating off into the product.

I got coffee this morning. Went by community water wells, there are 3 that service my community. Maintenance man, Todd was at the second one. A neighbor, Bennie stopped, I stopped and I learned things. I learned that we have 3 wells. One had flipped a breaker so Todd turned on a valve from another well. He was waiting for the tank to fill back up.

My new wannabe neighbors that finally got their modular home delivered and set up, are at a standstill. Water hasn’t been connected, or power or septic put in. It seems all that hinges on the phone company flagging the underground phone lines. Todd had put in 2 work orders and nothing. I went home and called Holly, sent phone company information. Told her about the 2 work orders. She called phone company, no trace of work orders. Wanted my address so phone company could locate their home. Wrote new work order for the local guy here that does that stuff. And we will see what happens.

I’m the electrician, to put the power in out here, I put septic in, just skip the phone company and get StarLink. I also put in the pad for the modular home. I will plumb the water in and the well.

Wait, I'm the engineer out here, the concrete guy, PV systems, mechanic, carpenter and requires copious amounts of alcohol to sort thoughts out at night and focus. Oh did you need a garage, yeah just put that on my list. People need insulation put in I need to put the roof on, HVAC I do. Painting eh try not to, I will get the drywall taped and floated in. Hey who needs a driveway put in I will do that too capped off at 4% so water drains. Lastly I'm open 15 hours a day 8 days a week to discuss plans, need me to do something or ask questions cause you can get the same service in town right?
