Problem with the goats....NOT used to that "home". Had they been, they'd have come back to their barn. Creatures of habit but, they had been moved,No habit.😐

Its another slow start, no pressure day. Overcast, dew wet out there. Only mid 70s layer. Nice.

Enjoying my fresh coffee :caf considering what to do. Made cheese last night, probably some cajeta this morn. Need to use some milk up. Half gal a day adds up fast. Hoping to make mozzarella later this week while I'm home & have time to spare. Freezer fill. Have a winter worth of ricotta in there.

Thanks. I'm a couple years away from growing my own. I transplanted two saplings this Spring.

This one's about 6' tall.
So funny how different that looks from the elderberries around here. I wonder if it is because it is a baby, or because it is a different kind than what grows here.

Here there are oodles of elderberries, all the red berry ones.

I don't think the red berry elderberries are good.
