I'm on vacation in a very clean house... life is good!

The dust is UNDER the sofa. dogs are not allowed on the furniture. I at least want a clean place to sit down and not get up with dog hair and dirt all over me. I have SOME standards!Lay an old sheet on the sofa.
I can hide dirty dishes, rinsed off, in the dishwasher. I don't use enough to run it every day unless the granddaughters are here. Even using paper plates, they consume a lot of clean dishes! Now I could live with that. It's things left on the counter, the sink filling up with dirty dishes...etc. Cleaning up their mess, just so I can cook, drives me nuts! This too shall pass...lol
With just one of you, even with a dog, you could get one of those trailers that slide onto a truck bed.I drive, haven't flown in about 8 years. I'm not afraid, I like the actual flying experience...I just don't like the cattle car process needed with commercial aviation.
If I were braver I would tow a fiberglass trailer and tour the US. That was our retirement plan before Ron got sick.
You did say there was dust on the furniture...?The dust is UNDER the sofa. dogs are not allowed on the furniture. I at least want a clean place to sit down and not get up with dog hair and dirt all over me. I have SOME standards!![]()
Or just get a van? With just one of you, even with a dog, you could get one of those trailers that slide onto a truck bed.
Then it isn't anywhere like driving an RV.
Or you could just buy a tent and drive around from one state park to the next ..... gotta say though, after maybe the age of 40...I need a MATTRESS! So... tent camping, though great when I was young, has negative appeal now!
We can run the dishwasher twice a day and there's still dishes in the sink... they multiply like rabbits! The dust is UNDER the sofa. dogs are not allowed on the furniture. I at least want a clean place to sit down and not get up with dog hair and dirt all over me. I have SOME standards!

I'm not ready for winter and I'm never ready to run...lolBusy morning in this thread.
Poking in, it's 30 when I wake up now. Winter is coming I suppose.
Open house at school tonight, going to be a long day. Going to go get lots of caffeine and hope I survive. Oh and I ran 6 miles because that always helps.
