Wow ... Got up to 90 today. I was at work, so no biggie. Supposed to drop a little rain tonight & temps. Little more rain tmrw & more temp drops. Nice. Low 70s next 10 days

Home from work for a week or maybe more only 2 small jobs starting next week. Another "pretend" retirement. Early for that, it's normally Nov thru early Feb. Who knows, might find 40 jobs next week -- right after I make plans for myself !!

It's like forgetting dry clothes on the line --

Coffee is ready! Took my sister in law to doctor yesterday. While I was dropping off a tire to be fixed, she got a text that she was late. She called, they had no record of her even having an appointment. She had 3 texts confirming her appointment and one email. So they set her an appointment for today. The Sheriffs breakfast is this morning so I’ll go to that first. Breakfast is free, but you can make a donation. Proceeds are distributed at end of school year in scholarships for any graduating Trinity county student going to a trade school.

I've had similar issues with texting software from physicians.

Up to 32 this morning. Super dark. It feels like it's been a long week, I decided not to run a long this morning. Red Bull in a coffee mug and I'm off to school. Hope y'all have a lovely day.

Enjoying this fresh pot of coffee, house smells good. I'm deciding what to do with the time off from work I'm seeing, not knowing how much time it will be. One week? Two? No alarms set this morn and I slept thru normal wake up time almost 7:30 when I rallied. Nice.

It rained last night...thunder about 10. Maybe 1/4" fell. NASA suggests my area will be just slightly colder than normal this winter, about same snow. Hope they're right, cold & snow not my thing!

Maine just passed a "right to garden" law. Guess those HOAs will be peeing their pants over that. Everyone should be able to grow food.

Iced tea this morning. We were notified that the insurance company intends to pay. Today is just chores. Hubbs lost the key fob to his truck. Looking for that. We are opposites regarding keys and other impedimentia needed to leave the house. I was a latchkey kid and the punishment for losing just about anything was swift and terrible. He had a helicopter mom who kept him squared away down to the least detail. Neither is ideal. I’m walking the yard later hoping Vala didn’t get ahold of the fob. She’s at the grab and run stage. At least we have an extra. I’m still grumbling a rant under my breath. Dang.

Dark heavy clouds this morning. Weather ap says it's sunny ha. Clouds are desperately trying to let go, but it's less wetness than a fog. Fall is trying to sneak in the door! Sheep are out in the big pastures -- Obi and Zo did a good job getting them there. Zo is doing all the fast work and heading and Obi is making sure the back end of the flock keeps moving. It's amazing to see their division of labor.
Heading to vet today with Ree (Sage's mom). A few weeks ago it looked like she may have blown a cruciate - but after a day of laser things seemed better. So today is just a check.
