They're talking about putting in a round about here, there's one (or two) now in the town we moved from. I don't have a problem with them. It's everyone else who drives up to them and are stupid or scared. People here are not good drivers and it's getting worse. Heck - it's becoming that STOP signs are mere suggestions. People blow through them all the time. Seriously - on any drive I'll see at least one or two blow through w/o stopping or even slowing.
Same here. I look carefully both ways at all intersections, even if the light is green.

I like roundabouts. We have a lot of them here. Much better than getting slammed as I safely go thru a stop sign. Those type of accidents are a dime a dozen.
I don't mind them as long as others know how to drive through them. Stop signs around here are crazy too. I think a lot of people in the area don't have licenses.

Definitely cotton there! Lot of pink & yellow wraps here.
I still see some of the giant square bales -- that fill a whole trailer -- around here. This yr, cotton on one side & soybean on the other side. LOT of cotton and peanuts locally. They're starting to turn up peanuts now...I'll get to scrounge one guys field once he picks them. Next week or so I'll be roasting peanuts!

It's been so dry here that the soybean fields are wilted. Cotton is tough.
