Full Red Bull sitting next to me. Getting to deal with sugary kids today, then come home and pass out sugar to them, then I'll go help my church with some cleanup from their Halloween party.
I feel like this group can appreciate this, because it has to be a record, but yesterday I managed to make 117 cookies out of a single batch of cookies. The same single batch recipe that I used to be able to get about 40 regular sized cookies from. I wanted to make them small enough to have enough, and I think I was successful.

We moved into our house 19 years ago. Every year Ron would buy chocolate bars "for Trick or Treaters". Our porch light was on, but we never had any, not one.
We've had all of 2 or 3 trick or treaters since moving to CA in 89, and that was the first or second year -- the distance between houses - is inversely proportional to number of trick or treaters (or the world has gotten so ugly it's not a thing to go house to house)

That is a lot of cookies from a single batch. I'm impressed!
Hopefully the grocery burners aren't too hopped up on sugar for you. You can always just have some candy and join them...lol

The state of the world is definitely part of it. 🙁
