That sounds amazing!

Fresh (hot) out of the canner. Tangerines, sugar, honey, OJ, ginger and cinnamon.

Well, I achieved my first goal. My sister in law gave me bread bags for Christmas. I finally get to try them out. 💞

Now, I will tackle the kitchen. Who knows what will happen after that...lol
Can't wait to hear how you like them. I made these for christmas year before last for a bunch of folks as well as bowl covers. Super easy to make. Last a long time so far.
I think the bread looks delicious and the bag looks great.... but then I zoomed in

WHAT??? "Locrs" in freshness?? What??
I didn't even notice that! 😂
@RR Homestead

Baby lamb formula
1 gallon whole milk
1 can evaporated milk
1 cup buttermilk

Pour out 3-4 cups milk, add evaporated milk and buttermilk. Add back in whole milk to top it off. Cap and shake well.

When I have only one bottle baby, I don’t add the buttermilk to the gallon jug. If not used quickly the buttermilk will thicken the milk, so I add 1 tablespoon buttermilk to each cup of formula as it is used.
Thank you so much!! Really good to have on hand in case of an emergency.
Thank you! 💗

I think it's along the same lines as a quality learing center!
:lol::lol::lol: I think you won the internet for the day!:lol::lol::lol:

Super easy. Just don't think you won't get wax on everything no matter how hard you try not to if you are doing wax covered. Ours are wax covered.
I will make them out in my bee shed. It's where I wax my honey frame foundations. I know what you're talking about... beeswax gets everywhere...lol

Good evening all!
Long day so far. Couldn't sleep so decided to get up, feed the calves and get on the road. Picked up yet another order of vehicle parts for yet another rig. I really need to just buy stock in parts stores at this point. 🤦‍♀️That went smoothly which was nice. Found out the parts store will give me a $10 credit per vehicle battery I bring in for recycling and will recycle the other miscellaneous batteries for free. That will get the pile of batteries gone. That will be very nice. Slowly getting things outta here one way or another. After the parts store I went to the bank and the second worst family member through this trust drama (see yesterdays ramblings) was in the bank. :smackHe didn't acknowledge me and I ignored him but it did get my heart racing and flood back the awful things of the last 6 months. The gal who helped me and usually does told me not to switch banks to avoid him. Told her eventually we will because we are moving but I refuse to let them run me off. Not going to happen. She knows about our move because of the wire transfers. She's been asked to keep it private. After that I went to one of the bigger towns that is just awful to go to now and picked up cattle tubs then went across town and picked up pellets for our stove. Didn't get what we normally do because we are hoping to be out before the end of winter. Wishful thinking I'm sure. On the way home I pulled out onto a main road and hit a pothole on the corner and apparently that popped the tailgate down and I lost a 250 pound supplement tub in the road. I didn't realize it for a minute or two. Thankfully I did see one was missing and the tailgate was down and went back and found it across two lanes of traffic. So thankful no one hit it. Call DH and asked him to drop the trailer and load ramps and come to help me roll it back in the truck. Obviously I wasn't lifting it. Poor guy was under the other trailer working on the rotted out wiring. He got there and we worked the tub up the ramps then came home. I was already tired and that didn't help. I'd spent almost an hour and a half today on hold with the mortgage company trying to pay them the refund from the fired insurance company. Then they decided even though they know we have new insurance and have paid it they can't acknowledge the old insurance is canceled. So they want me to send them documents. Don't have what they are looking for but I'll print out and mail them what I do have.
Stopped at the trailer dealer again to discuss the hitch lock they said was right for the stock trailer. It wasn't. 2nd one that was wrong but says it's for this particular coupler. What is awesome is I was talking with the service department while waiting on the rep and I was explaining the trailer roof to him and he got mad. So he's on it now. He says he has every intention of getting it repaired at the manufactures expense. I'm not holding out hope but he seems pretty confident. He agree's it's unacceptable. So we'll see next week if he can make progress. If he could get it fixed before our next trip that would be an absolute relief. I think our rep didn't really put any effort into it. The service guy was really nice and seems like a go getter.
Fogs rolling in thick again. Time to go out and get the cow milked and get everyone fed then unload the truck and help DH with all his projects.
Hope y'all have a great rest of your evening! :hugs
