Hubs came in the kitchen and I asked if he needed help. He said he was torturing himself, he'd gotten a big sliver under a nail. I carefully trimmed his nail back, so I could get ahold of it with the tweezers. Finally got it out. He says, "now I know why they torture people like this", I asked him, "so, you don't think you'd last very long?", his quick response, "Rene' did it"... gave me up awful fast...:gig

Coffee is ready. I need to wean ram lambs in the middle field and worm the ewes. Translate that to I can't do a darn thing except hand son a syringe of Prohibit. He took his tractor to his place to do some work there. So I'll wait patiently........screaming on the inside.
I unloaded the dishwasher, maybe I'll fold the clothes out of the dryer,

I should put this in my journal, but I am not sure I will think to get around to this.
Last spring I decided to see what would happen if I ran a mile on my off days, and just see how many days in a row I could consistently run at least a mile. Well, today is day number 300 and that feels pretty cool.
Going to get myself a fancy Red Bull to celebrate. Then time to keep seeing what's possible.

Sitting in car, coffee at hand. I'm the designated driver for a friend getting a colonoscopy this morning. I can't stand the piped in music in the waiting room so I came out here.
:caf
Home now.

They released him with low BP, 87/58. I'm going to keep an eye on him.
