From an animal that wants to eat you, to one that might be able to run you through? Feeling okay there friend? 🤣

That is a cool looking critter.
I mean, can't be worse than bison, after all I could hold a seasonal bison tossing competition for tourist who want to pet the "assault cow". :gig

For those of you comparing you time of sunset to mine... I am in a "make believe " time zone. Originally Alaska was 3 or 4 time zones, and that was annoying... so we all decided to just be one hour after California. Make it easier for everyone. So... noon is not ever the middle of my day time.

That looks like Jacob sheep to me at least with the horns, just Jacob sheep are usually spotted.

I have a friend that raises Jacob sheep up on Canada (middle of the country, so cold), and they are good well behaved sheep for her. She has bred hers so that they have very fine wool, comparable to Merino, but also good meat.

Good afternoon all! :frow
Coffee pot just announced it's ready. Sitting down to work on taxes while DH snoozes. Hoping he sleeps longer than he has been since his trip. He's so tired. I didn't get much sleep again but did get a few short naps through the morning. Early this morning I got a "human" alert (aka cobweb or bug flying by) again from our new home and when I clicked on it I was surprised it played! Yahoo! DVR must have done an update and rebooted itself. As I suspected it was still recording since it "went down". I'm not sure how long it will work or if there was an update that fixed the issue but we are giddy to see home again. We didn't realize how much we enjoyed seeing home. Gives us hope I guess. Nice to be able to see everything is ok too. Snow is in the forecast. Praying the camera's keep working so we can at least see it. Customer service has been less than helpful because I am not where the unit is. I'm so relieved to see all is well. What was fun was there was at least 9 does and older fawns grazing in the yard again. They'd disappeared after DH was there moving around a lot. Probably had more to do with the cameras being put up. There's temporary posts in spots where some of the cameras needed to be. Happy to see them back. Would prefer they weren't eating our plants by the house or my peach tree i'm so excited about. Will have to address that once we are there I'm sure.
Off to get a cup of coffee and get cracking on taxes. Y'all have a fantastic afternoon! :hugs
