Coffee anyone ?

Oh yeah -- I live by that ap in fire season. Sometimes it takes awhile for fires to get listed there. I also have PulsePoint. I'd say we're not in fire season yet - but then the last couple weeks PulsePoint has been alerting some. It'll be an early season I guess.
I use that too. It was very wild seeing my own address come up on it. :hide I've been getting fire alerts already as well. It's definitely going to be a bad season.

Yep it really does. I’m tired of the bizarre noises when I breathe. Snap, crackle, pop. Kittens. Kookaburra bird. The queen from Aliens. The queen from a standard beehive (cue @drstratton). Lethargy punctuated with bouts of coughing. Yep I’m ready to be over this mess.
Thankful you're on the mend. 💗

I hear those sounds in my head all of the time...tinnitus...I hope I never hear them from my lungs too.

Watch Duty. Pulse Point. CalFire watch. Medford OR fire watch. and up where we are, Clark County CRESA emergency response.

And for me, Facebook. Yes, FB!! I've been in three fires:

one outside of Yosemite (The Rim Fire)
one outside of Angels Camp CA (The Butte Fire)
one outside of Merlin OR (The Taylor Creek Fire)

The groups that posted on the fires at each of these were totally amazing. One of them for the Butte Fire I slept with them via FB with notifications at full bore and volume. It was coming fast to Angels, and I was ready to flee. They were the most on top, up to date vehicle of communication, better than any county, state or govt agency.

I haven't looked here today, but it was near that this weekend.
I started walking even more places this weekend, not worth the extra gas.
I was below a half tank on my SUV, but all the retailers have jumped from $2.99 to $3.69 or $3.79.

But then I found a (busy!!!) place selling unleaded regular at $3.39. Good enough.
