Coffee anyone ?

If you have a regular, normal unimproved spout to pour said gas from can hang on to it like grim death. The Nanny State hath declared that simple pour gas nozzles must be outfitted with a series of baffles that spill as much as they pour. For our own protection.
Yep, it's been that way in WA for several years. Bunch of idiots.

Looks like this

I pour it into a simple 1 gallon plastic can for ease in adding gas to the lawnmower.

Awake early, lying in bed while it's still dark...thinking about what I want to accomplish today.

My main car is in the shop with a possible gasket leak, so I'll stay home, and work around the yard while the weather is mild. Want to finish trimming the slope.

Not started coffee yet.

Fresh pot is good. Hot water in thermos to heat it, then coffee stays hot longer. I'm working a reset in frozen goods today. Brrr. Outside check didn't give me obvious issues, so leaving in a few. 👍 Should be home mid afternoon. It's windy again today. Wish that would go away, been several days of it.

Got my truck back yesterday after a month with DGD, while hers was being fixed. In shop but they kept putting off looking at it. Turned out a $5 battery cable end, PLUS $175. diagnostic fee 😵‍💫

Yesterday was also her b'day...24. Time flies.

It rained a half inch here yesterday. Took Buford to vet clinic in Houston in another failed attempt in collection of semen for Artificial Insemination. It was raining when I left, got wet getting him out of the field, had to run AC for him. Got to clinic, nothing was working, took him outside, got wet again. Gave up, went home, running AC. Got home, put a very happy to be home Buford in his field and I went inside. Hungry, damp, cold, I turned on the propane heater.

Today, take my 'SIL to therapy

Weirdly warmer this morning, but snow supposed to start midday.
Yesterday was long, I'm tired, my coffee might not make it out the door.
Really is nice that almost everything around here is within walking or biking distance, I love my truck but it's nice not having to spend as much money on gas.

And you got something that lasts you til the end of time... I have a few of these, don't fill past the 5 gallon mark on the fuel pump at a gas station or you will get an unpleasant surprise when you open it up. It works so well if you don't get any gas on the outside and if you do wipe it off with their windshield cleaning water they sometimes have, that you can place it in your vehicle and not leak or smell to get it home.

Those things (the currents) are horrid.
