Yup - cottage cheese in egg bites is really good. I've been doing that for ages. It's usually one of the have to have when I make them.

I can't eat cottage cheese, but I add crumbled feta to my scrambled eggs and omelettes. Nummy.

I woke up at 1-something. Going to Yantis this morning to the Texas Land Grazers Coalition meeting and pasture walk. I'm already tired. It would have been nice to sleep until 5, but my eyes flew open and no sleep for me.

Good morning all. I finally got caught back up. I've 10 pages behind. Work switched from 6 to 7 days a week. I don't like 7 days anymore especially for 5 weeks. 70 hour checks every week is nice but I can make it on 58-60. My truck has been down for 2 weeks. Thankfully the neighbor at the campground is a guy I work with, so I ride with him. I took Sunday off to work on the truck and broke a sensor while replacing the wiring harness. Didn't get to fixing the camper after the truck, it was late enough and I was tired anyway.
At least it's not 7-12s.

Got some new chicks last Fri-Sat?? for the kids 4-H project. 3 out of 13 died the 2nd night. I picked Old English Games for them. Spangled and Silver Duck Wing. I will have to build 6 new pens when I get home. Finally got taxes back, so maybe a little coop $$, most just went straight to credit cards along with the extra 10 hrs from the checks. The truck has adding to the credit card faster than it's been getting paid off.

Morning all. Beautiful spring weather here.
I took yesterday off of work to get a few things done. Was a nice little break. And needed, considering I am working basically every Saturday this month.
Should probably go load up and head in to work. Genuinely do not remember what I have planned for today, aside from the fact that it is planned.

Had a lovely day yesterday. Typical neighbor BS with chasing me down with cell phone camera for moving my dump truck out of here, so I decided to have a little fun. Thing is they can't see I'm coming til I get 1000' from their property, they can hear me so they come running out. Welp I decided to have a backwards day, drove the dump truck backwards down the ridge and out to the main road which they can't see me once I hit the main road, and I drove backwards back up the ridge past their place when I came back about 5 times through out the day. I can only imagine the look on the sheriffs dispatchers face when they got the calls. Yep, got to have fun in life.
