Coffee anyone ?

Well, I skipped the mall. I dug through my closet, found a dress <cough> more like a long tank top, a scarf and some shoes that hopefully I can walk in for a little while. PHEW - no shopping.
You'll look amazing in whatever you wear... we've all seen you in your weed wacking outfit and you rocked that!

Buy more oil than you need. Nissan has sent a warning to its dealers to sub lower value oil for their customer's oil changes, especially the 5W 30, due to anticipated shortages.

Autozone also has a memo out to their stores about the upcoming shortages that will hit this summer.

I bought oil yesterday from the big A. I bought four different types for: my 2015 SUV, hub's 2019 Ram, our 2013 Caddy sedan, and our Newmar Motorhome. Enough for two oil changes each.
Thank you for this.

You say "long tank top" and I think 60s, 'better not bend over' length. :pop Is it a dress from the 60s?

Thanks. It is time to change the oil in my truck, plus it slings a little oil and I keep two 1 gallon jugs in it at all times, just not right now. LOL I'll step it up and get that done. Just changed oil in my car and it's good for 7,500 miles.

If we have oil shortages people, it would bring this country to it's knees. I would be more worried about stocking up on food than oil if this is the case. What's the good to have oil for your vehicle when the semis delivering food don't have oil to get it there and if even it doesn't run out the prices of oil would go up thus creating chain of events of high priced food.

Agreed! We need to become more self sufficient in this country. We have enough oil, ridiculous the place we're at.

Unless a vehicle is losing oil, it's not going to suddenly blow up if you don't change it's oil on its interval of 3k 5k 7.5k or 15k miles for whichever one might have. Just have to skip an oil change or two, not recommended, but.....

Think about it this way, average person drives 12 to 15k miles a year. If you can't find oil for a whole year there is bigger problems than no oil on the shelves, one might look closer in their food shelves in that matter.
Just have to step back and look at the bigger picture, people running out stock piling oil and freaking out is going to bring on a crisis, like everyone running for the exit in a burning building.

It is though however good to keep an extra oil change on hand at all times without this election shortage.

Morning all. Retrieved Hubb’s pickup from the dealership yesterday. Key fob malfunction. New fob about $600. We fell back on the spare. A 19 percent chance for rain turned into a severe thunderstorm that dropped a big oak tree on the county road just short of my driveway. More rain in the forecast. Don’t know what I’ll do today, won’t need to water at least. Have a great day all.
