Today her ligaments feel the same as yesterday, soft, but still there. She’s not restless, right now she’s just laying down staring off into the distance, not chewing her cud or anything, just staring…

Sooo still having contractions
How's her udder? Blown up yet? I don't remember - has she kidded previously?

Goats can have a mucous discharge for weeks ahead of kidding. It's just the mucous plug. Rumen movement can look like contractions too. Hopefully she hasn't truly been in labor for 14 hours.

Udder is only filled a little, never kidded before. This is the first sign of discharge she’s had and she was up and down all night scratching the pine shavings. What I’m seeing HAS to be contractions, I spend hours with my goats every day and know what rumen movement looks like. Once every minute her abdomen tightens up and she closes her eyes and stops breathing. It only last a couple seconds each time. I did reach in and feel if her cervix was dilated and can fit two fingers.
