Dinner rabbits, Journal

Top two were culls by weight, but posed up. Trying to cull out as much as possible, but that's not really feasible when they could look better...

$1,487 the  green. Minus 450 in feed.
$1,037 in the green. Plus 150 in 22 manure bags.

Currently $1,187 the  green.

Guy wants manure regularly. Says he'll come back for the last 10 bags. I'm charging $7 a bag now. Idk, I got slight creep vibes from him, but who knows.

The original regular guy is charged $5.5 a bag. But he's been a regular for two years. No real issues with him and he's a normal guy.

I guess I'll see if I can't have enough for both. The regular picks up 30 at a time. Idk how much the other guy would want, but for now, it'd be leftovers from the 1st. I have 4-5 more bags stored away at the barn, but won't set those out until this new guy gets the 10, because those 4-5 are for the original regular. Idk if I'll have 30 by end of May or in June, as I've downsized and lost rabbits.

Four buns culled out this morning, one each out of Berry, Coral, DeVil & Raden litters.

One of the Glamor kits died, making 3 lost in all thus far. She's full of milk, but mostly refusing to nurse them... She's on the cull list, once they're 5 or so weeks old, if they survive until then. Might just cull them all and move on. They're almost 4wks and 2.5-3wk or so sized, boney. Eating pellets, but it's not enough.

Bucks have gotten lazy, so all are on a diet. Two does were bred, barely, last week. Rest hopefully starting next week.
