Today I met the dog I was interested in adopting. She's perfect, I want her. I can't adopt her before I retire, though, as she'd be crated for 11 hours a day.

I offered to pay up front.They said they can't hold her.

I'm hoping she's still available in 2 months.

If not...it is what it is.

Maybe the current foster would keep her for those 2 months? You pay for feed, etc ..
