I’m willing to pay for an X-ray if he can get the machine. his daughter is a horse vet and she has one.

Can you take the calf to be X-rayed?

Is she in pain when the leg/knee is manipulated? Surprised the vet didn't take a sample and see what was inside the knee if an x-ray couldn't be taken.
I really hope you can get her healthy again.
