We have an abandoned RR bed for the road into the farm... it is not over 15 ft wide at the very most... We haul cattle trailers, hay wagons, fertilizer trucks... and a full sized TRACTOR TRAILER... A SEMI.... came and unloaded the load of cattle from the friend in VT.... 3 days ago... he backed all the way down the straight RR track/ driveway to the portable unloading chute we had set up to unload the cattle. They do not need 30 ft driveway.
I know you said back aways that you wanted to sell this to get out from under some debt and only have to work one job... and I fully get it...
BUT, for your own sake, if they are like this now, it will only get worse... and you will regret it down the road. Don't want to see you have future problems with people that are worried about if the cattle smell.... and then the flies, and on and on....
The RE agent is NOT acting in your best interests... and they are supposed to be working for YOU.
