Today I was out filling water. I went to take a photo of Phillip and he started walking right to me.

So the 10 acres next to us is for sale. We happened to meet a nice couple who are looking at it yesterday. She wants to get a few Highland cattle -- could be I will have some "nextdoor" (a big could be - but heck )
