Help down goat gave birth 24 hours ago! Possibly milk fever unsure

Did she pass the placenta and are you sure there's not another kid in there?
When you thump on her belly high up what does it feel/sound like? A hard ball?
How's she doing now?
Yes she passed placenta and we had known that there was one for a while but I dubbled checked when I had found further
Shes standing but still doing the flinging on the ground

Look. You really need better animal husbandry. I realize you are learning and young, but that doe is way too young to breed. This is most of your issues. Please get better fencing or do what is necessary to keep unplanned breedings from happening.
We got better fencing this is the same doe I posted about earlier... none of its planed and we fixed all the issues we had but goats are stubborn and mistakes happen...

I know. You got to be ahead of the goats. Try electric wire with solar chargers if you need to.

We tried electric fencing but it doesn't work well in the area I live.... we used a fencing that we learned doesn't work well and changed it also the baby from this doe is from nigaren dowth buckling he was 3 months old at the time and we were struggling to keep him contained but we figured it out

I’m not sure what to say. Well placed electric fence will work well. Please educate yourself with videos or whatever else you can access.
Meanwhile you need to see if that doe has another kid in there. It is good that you took her temperature. That should always be your first step with any animal that may be sick.
