How many times do you do Di-Methox for kids?

Elsie's kids finished their first Di-Methox treatment the day before I went into hospital, which was March 4. That means they would be due for a second treatment when? Is it 21 days? And how often do you repeat that cycle? I know I will get different answers, just trying to get some ideas how you all do it.

our vet told us 28 days after the last treatment is finished. We do the treatment at around 4 weeks of age, then again at 8 weeks of age, but after that our kids are on a lot of medicated feed, so we often just see how it goes after that.

Our vet says every 3-4 weeks (just be consistent) Spring through Fall if it's wet. You can skip most of summer if you get hot and dry weather.

Thanks guys. We don't feed medicated feed, so I guess we should probably do it more than twice, but will play it by ear after that depending on what kind of weather we have. Not sure, but in my mind, this seems like a plan. I always have to have a plan, even if it is a loose one. LOL.
