I go pick up my new Lamanchas Saturday, and I cant wait! 3 does, mamma and her 2 doelings. Mamma is registered and babies will be soon. Cant wait to milk her.

We are milking 2 does with kids right now.

We got a tip from Roll Farms when we first started milking that works great. We leave the kids with Mom in the daytime, but put her in her own stall at night.

When we milk her once a day, early morning, there's plenty of milk for us and the babies too. We don't milk her completely out, we let babies in and they finish the job.

We don't start milking for us until the babies are 2-3 weeks old. They get it all at first.
