If you listen carefully she will make soft encouraging noises to the kids still inside before hard labor.

She’s definitely been making some low soft sounds.
She’s also been ‘pushing’ maybe? She looks and sounds as though she’s having a bm, her rectum opens, but no poo. And no opening of the kid delivery door. Only rectum.
Any ideas? She’s laying, standing, walking, standing, pawing, and laying…all while breathing heavily….repeat

Kids are moving into birth canal and she does think it's potty time. If she's pawing, contractions are increasing. In due time, she'll push....just before daylight & just after dark are popular times. Predator issues thing. I only have a couple who will kid in full daylight. Mostly then, inside the barn.

You can relax until the globby string -- then pushing will get going. Try to give her some privacy, then things will quicken

If she is pushing hard for a couple of hours, check to make sure she is fully dilated. Only have to push 2 fingers into vaginal opening - if she is open and kid is presenting properly you should feed a head and a couple of feet. I use antibacterial soap as a lubricant. If she continues to push hard for hours and no baby comes, she will stop pushing and look miserable.

Don't worry, those soft little sounds is her talking to kids inside. She will also turn her head and look at her side as if wondering what those contractions are about. BTW, some are vocal when kidding others are silent so either way is fine.

I came in about 20-30 minutes ago. I’ve sat out there in her pen or at least near it all day. I’ve come in for a matcha refill and a bathroom break then go back out. But this time I’ve decided to make lunch (late yes, but it’ll still get gone) I can kinda see her from my back door. She’s doing the same thing she’s done all day, walk, stand, lay, stand…
I’m going to go check her after we eat. Unless I see something happening before then.
Im honestly getting a little worried, I feel like if she’s bearing down I should see something… she does occasionally pass some poo, but not every time…maybe once out of every 5-7 times she pushes.
And she’s only pushing while standing…
