I was told December 31, 2023, was the end of OTC. I bought quite a lot of stuff and am guarding it in my fridge. Some stuff like oxytocin and Bo-Se have never been available for us OTC. Years ago when we had the dairy goats I used to get it from my friend with the cow dairy. They had a vet on retainer (for AI, monthly checks, etc.) and he gave them prescriptions for that stuff. My current vet did sell me a bottle of Bo-Se with instructions for use before I breed the sheep.

It went into effect June 11,2023, with stores allowed to sell existing stock on hand for all drugs falling under the final phase of the "animal drug rules"... Never could get oxytocin or Bo-Se or lute or other things here without vet.... but things like penicillin and oxytet and all those other antibiotics were under the phase 3 final rules.
