The company is lucky they hired you. Looks like the past "inspector" wasn't doing his job. Congrats on losing the 30 lbs! I guess you need to go shoe shopping. LOL

If you want to start moving stuff off the property you should rent a storage unit near you. Then once your place sells and you find your new place it will be closer to transfer everything to your new home.

@Ridgetop We have a 7'x7'x16' cargo trailer that we are slowly packing full to the brim. Plus our 20ft cargo container for shop / outdoor stuff.

MIL will let us park both at her property in Cleburne when house sells. For showing, I don't think have the two parked on property marked as not included will hurt things.

It won't. Just be clear what is NOT incuded in the sale and you will be fine. Normally, if it is not a permanent attachment it is not included but always better to spell it out. LOL
