Weeks like these are why I laugh and laugh when a healthy, single person mentions “never meeting their deductible” or “insurance is so expensive”.
Tuesday- Alexander ear infection
Thursday- Dominic stepped on a nail barefoot
Today- Cassandra 2hr Oral Glucos Tolerance Test.
She now has 2 positive Type 1 antibodies.
So we are repeating OGTT every 6months. Goal is to get her the Tzield infusion which can delay onset of Type 1.
Dominic’s foot is fine. Just antibiotics to prevent infection.
