Friday, an extended family spent 1 HOUR looking around the Cleburne property. They were really excited by it being AG Valued already and fact that a second homestead could be added without loosing AG on pasture land. It drops taxes by ~$6,240. So the entire 12.88acres is only $163 per year plus another $371 for the manufactured home.

It is an option up till we tear skirting off and disconnect the utilities. We can always get a new home to go on Pearland lot. This is the first family that actually seemed interested in the manufactured home though.

I’d sure have the real estate agent contact them before preparing the single wide to move. It might be the hot shot prod they need!
