You just have to decide if her milk output less the cost of the feed is worth keeping her. With kids you have bucklings for sale as meat and doe kids to expand the flock or sell, without kids to sell is her milk output enough to justify keeping her? However, to obtain that mill you have to continue breeding her and go through the trouble and pain of losing the kids each time.
It is a personal decision and not always down to dollars and cents if she is a family pet.

Know that some does will eat the placenta....she may have passed it👍. Otherwise an infection, that can kill, so it came out. Dogs or cats around? Even chickens. They can move such things, often eating.
